FROM: Alice in Blunderland
I’m working on developing my spiritual practices, but I’m feeling a little aimless, which is causing me to flounder. How do I build more clarity and direction within my intuitive endeavors?
My Dearest Alice,
That aimlessness you are feeling is most likely due to not having a routine or structure to your spiritual practice. As with any endeavor, if you want to develop a skill, you must set up a daily exercise routine. Terrible words to put together; Exercise. Routine. Sounds like hard work, I know. You know what? It is! Yet you can do it and not feel like your floundering about! You can also do it in such a way that you look forward to doing it every-single-day.
Working on your intuition is a daily practice. If you have difficulty meditating, try small 10 minute guided meditations in the beginning. Once that becomes easy for you, challenge yourself to go further, and practice without the use of an aid. There is so much available to us on the internet these days that I am sure you can find what will help. With that being said I HIGHLY recommend finding in-person groups that you could attend. Working with others that have that same mindset is an invaluable tool at your disposal. Again, you can always find groups in your local area online. With all of the options available to us in this day and age, your options are limitless.
Blessings to you!

Madame Kyra
